Management statement
At Middle East Contracting Group (MECG), top management is committed to disciplined delivery, controlled execution, and measurable performance. As a Grade-1 turnkey contractor, we manage the full project lifecycle planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover under a single framework of accountability.
MECG operates through an Integrated Management System that defines responsibilities, documented procedures, and risk-based controls for scope, cost, schedule, and change. We strengthen governance through ERP-enabled workflows and structured project controls, supporting transparent reporting and timely decisions.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is non-negotiable. We enforce method statements, risk assessments, permits to work, toolbox talks, inspections, and audits to prevent incidents and protect people, assets, and communities. Quality is achieved through prevention and verification inspection and test plans, approvals, traceability, and control of nonconformities ensuring compliant execution and reliable handover documentation.
